BBCA Annual Letter & Important Owner Actions

The December 6, 2025 BBCA Annual Letter is now available, outlining updates to 2026 HOA dues, a one-time assessment, and Reserve funding. The 2025 Reserve Study is posted under Community Documents → Reserve Study 2025.

Important Action Items:

HOA dues increase to $605/month effective January 1, 2026
One-time assessment of $2,500 per unit, due by May 1, 2026
- Payable by check or through the online payment portal
Please update your monthly HOA payment amount in the online payment system by January 1, 2026 payment
- This requires you to delete your current payment and schedule a new payment.

Owners are encouraged to review the Annual Letter and Reserve Study for full details.
